Part-Time MBA

A Flexible, Customizable Hybrid MBA

The Part-Time MBA is designed for working professionals seeking business acumen and individualized career growth. The elements of the part-time Katz MBA are delivered in several convenient formats including either online or on-campus core courses. You set the pace that is right for you.

When it comes to your career, we know you want to be confident and ready to pursue the next opportunity—or tackle the next challenge—that comes your way. In order to do that, you need to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

We understand that family, work, and financial obligations can make it difficult to return to school and pursue an MBA. At Katz, we believe you should be able to master the competencies necessary to advance in your career without having to commit to a full-time, on-campus program.

Your needs are unique when it comes to what, where, when, how, and how long you want to learn in order to achieve the next level of readiness in your career, which is why we believe business education should not be one size fits all. All this, and you can choose whether to take classes mostly online or mostly on campus.

Complete your coursework online during the week—at your own pace and on your terms while working a full-time job—thanks to our flexible, tailored-to-you, blended format that only requires you to come to campus two to three weekends a semester.

Take anywhere from three to nine credits at a time, in a format (online or on campus) that suits you and your schedule. In just two to three years, you’ll be able to confidently tackle whatever challenges your career throws at you and have a major advantage over the competition.

Integrated Learning | Individualized | Accelerate Your Career

We provide a strong, broad foundation of business knowledge and we empower you to tailor a program that builds on your unique strengths, life experiences, and professional goals to accelerate your career through integrated learning.

Integrated Learning

Integrated learning focuses on the links between business disciplines for deeper understanding through overarching organizing ideas and concepts. This provides opportunities to develop and value multiple perspectives, bringing together different perspectives and disciplinary approaches.

Integrative coursework in business communications, data programming fundamentals, and research along with co-curricular experiences such as case competitions, community-based projects, and professional development programming complement and reinforce the core curriculum to provide a framework for integrated learning.

You will have many opportunities to individualize your program by choosing the right mix of elective coursework for you. In addition to selecting electives based on your interests, you may choose to complete a Credential and/or Business Disruption Series course(s) as part of your MBA studies.

As a Katz student, you may choose to complete a Katz Credential in order to highlight expertise and hands-on experience in a particular business area. Credentials include a bundle of specialized coursework that build your capabilities, knowledge, and experience in a meaningful way.
