Two-Year MBA: Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management

People are an organization's greatest asset. Organizational behavior takes a closer look at the behaviors of both individuals and groups within organizations. Human resources has evolved over the years from personnel administration into the complete strategic management of people development. Professionals in organizational behavior/human resources management (OB/HRM) work with all levels of management and across all parts of an organization to ensure that their company is effectively maximizing employee performance and development for optimal competitive advantage and growth.
