Katz Rises as a Top 50 Online MBA Program in U.S. News & World Report Ranking

U.S. News & World Report recently released their 2021 ranking of “Best Online MBA Programs,” where the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Professional MBA program ranked No. 59 overall, and No. 43 among public universities. Katz also ranked No. 37 overall, and No. 28 among public universities in the Best Online MBA Programs for Veterans ranking.

Katz ranked No. 29 overall in student excellence and No. 15 in average GPA of applicants, solidifying that Katz admits highly-qualified and exceptional students to its program. Katz also scored in the seventy-sixth percentile for faculty credentials and training. A high percentage of Katz professors hold a doctoral degree and are required to complete more training than most business schools to best prepare them to teach online courses, which contributed to our high ranking in U.S. News & World Report’s “Faculty Best Practices Index.”

The US News Online MBA rankings are based on a number of factors, including student engagement, student excellence, a dean and peer survey, and student services.
