Adrienne Uzonyi received a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management both from Duke University. She later received her MBA from University of Pittsburgh's Executive MBA program.
Adrienne started her career in Business Development for Bayer, and after assessing various growth opportunities for the company, she was asked to lead the product development and marketing aspects for a new combination drug device used to treat peripheral arterial disease. Once the product was launched in Europe, Adrienne desired to gain business experience in Asian markets so she left to manage a maritime product at Calgon Carbon that was used to treat noninvasive microorganisms in ballast water. After some other internal moves within the company with a short stint in marketing communications, Adrienne decided to return to the medical device industry to follow her passion for marketing medical products that improve the health of individuals.
Adrienne is now a Senior Global Product Manager at Philips Respironics and leads the development of a new CPAP platform used to treat sleep apnea. In her free time, Adrienne enjoys international travel, adventurous eating, singing karaoke, and riding roller coasters.
