On April 1, thirteen full-time Katz MBA students were inducted into the 457 Club. The 457 Club honors full-time MBA students who have made an impact at Katz. The honor is named after Bill Mazeroski’s 457-foot home run that won the 1960 World Series for the Pirates at Forbes Field.
A committee of MBA admissions, program, and career management staff selected the awardees based on distinguished leadership, integrity, teamwork, and overall contribution to the MBA program.
The names of all the 457 Club inductees are displayed in the MBA Suite in Mervis Hall. As they begin their lifelong engagement as Katz alumni, they also are invited to serve as admissions ambassadors.
